The Monthly Sales Trend Indicator for Single Family Homes and villas in Lake and Sumter County show we are trending upward in sales from Last Year; however, between June - August 2013 the number of houses being sold are going down from the previous month. So stay tuned where will the year end compare to next year sales. Will we be up from Last Year?
